I purchased two parking passes for relatives from Oregon to use. The location is great; located close to I-5 and the cruise lines. I made a quick phone call within two weeks of departure to ask them if another party could use the pass. No problem, no hassle, no questions. Setting the original parking passes up online went very smooth and the phone call was polite and friendly. The Valet was confident and kind to all of us and returned our cars to us promptly.
