Shuttle service runsfrom 4:45 AM - Midnight, 365 days a year.

The shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes between 4:45 AM - 12:00 AM.

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

Both our departure and return were clockwork. The shuttles were available immediately and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Definitely our best option for long term parking.

The whole process was really confusing since it’s out a hotel that has parking behind gates, but eventually miss someone and the staff was really awesome as well as the shuttle drivers

I looked at various parking options but ultimately I went with Sheraton parking. Back in October of 2025, I used Laurel Street parking but I was not happy at all. My husband is handicapped with handicap plates and people parked on the striped handicap area which didn’t allow room to get in the vehicle, elevator was not operational, and upon our return 45 minutes after I called for pickup they hadn’t shown up. With Sheraton 5 minutes after we arrived at pickup area, the shuttle showed up and all ran smoothly

Parking and Shuttle were very easy. Apparently the instructions for parking were not 100% correct but the hotel was very easy about it.

Excellent long-term parking experience! The staff was friendly, the shuttle was fast, and the lot felt safe and secure. Everything was smooth from drop-off to pick-up, and my car was in perfect condition when I returned. I'll definitely park here again!
