When we got back to and picked up our luggage we were able to get ahold of attendant at lot for driver to come get us. Our wait time was a little more than they had stated (about 10 minutes) but it was only because he has to drop people off. We got to right into parking lot where the staff had our car waiting.

The ladies in the office and the drivers were all great. They know what they are doing and they are skilled at making guests feel comfortable during the stressful time of traveling.
