The Parking Mall cruise parking provides affordable cruise parking for the Port of Jacksonville. 

A complimentary round-trip shuttle service is provided for up to 4 passengers per reservation, no exceptions. 

The location is monitored and staffed to provide any assistance needed while parking.

 

Shuttle Information

Check-in begins at 9:00 AM. Please don't try to park beforehand.

Shuttle service begins dropping off passengers to the cruise ship at 9:30 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.

Shuttle service for returning passengers starts at 8:00 AM

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

The Parking Mall was easy to locate. It was literally across the street from the Jacksonville Port. We were shuttled to the port within minutes of getting out of our car and shuttled from the port within a few minutes of disembarking the ship. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely use Rightway Parking again.

We came down from Alabama and decided to give them a try. The location is in a great spot, so travel was easy. The staff and drivers were also friendly and helpful. It was raining and they made sure to get us loaded and to our destination. Only thing the parking area is not paved, so with all the rain it was a little messy.

We showed up a little early / parked our car at this lot for a 10 day cruise ! They do charge for 11 days as you are picking up your car on morning of the 11th day so that’s the only thing I disagree with! But they are very nice / usually not to long a wait to load to be dropped off at the cruise terminal and return trip is also not a long wait! I feel like our car is safe there also! We have used them several times !
