The ease of parking, enployees and shuttle service was excellent but the logistics of entering and exiting was quite concerning. Came to the lot, didn’t have a QR code to scan. Only had my printed voucher with confirmation and was already prepaid online. Attendant didn’t have anything on file. Had to wait until they confirmed reservation & payment was paid. Given a receipt with QR code for exiting. When I return from my trip - scanned to exit, it stated I owe money that was more than double of my prepaid rate. I had to reverse and see attendant and had to get it cleared up.
