Tru hotel had a copy of our reservation, valet parked car inside garage, shuttle to port is a $15 per person charge, quick ride very helpful driver. On return to port called for shuttle , short 25 min. wait. Another quick ride, respectful driver fast pickup at hotel for car. Will use Right way again and this parking area

After a 3-week cruise, our car wouldn’t start. The valet (don’t remember his name, on Feb 23) went above & beyond to help get our car started, so we could be on our way. While he was very busy and took care of his job, he worked us in, so we could be on our way. So caring and professional! You’ve got a winner there!

This is a valet only parking site. I would have preferred to have parked and locked my car myself, rather than having them choose the parking space and having access to the key and car. The car must have been parked under a tree because it was covered in sap and leaves and was really dirty when it was returned to us. There is no shuttle at this hotel to either the cruise port or airport, so we had to take an Uber both ways, which added to the total cost. The valet attendant was prompt and courteous. I did feel like the car was in a safe area.
