I thought the gentleman were very helpful! They helped me find a closer parking spot for my vehicle and were very helpful with unloading my car as I had a small baby with me. After grabbing my bags when I returned, I gave them a call and was able to quickly find them at the pick up location. Again very helpful with loading my bags both at the airport and once I got to my car.

Trip went well. Parking was good. Lot was not what I had expected, Seemed packed with cars, so I was concerned with possibility of some damage from so many cars packed in so tight. Pleased on our return that my fears were not reality. I'll use the lot again. But confused by the name "Rightway" on the internet and a different name on the lot and pick up vehicle.
