"We were about an hour out from Miami when we realized we would wouldn't make the scheduled parking time for a different company. We'd not used them before, so I did a quick search and We Park in Miami came up with good reviews and the price was right. We pulled into the lot, asked where we could park. They had us follow a golf cart and park. The golf cart and ground man across the road could have been a little more communitive on who's directions to follow, but we were parked without issue. I had purchased online, check in was super fast. We only waited a few minutes and then were loaded and ready to go to the port. The gentleman unloaded our bags and we were off. I kept the paper handy that she mentioned we needed with return instructions. We were sailing MSC. Pick-up in AA was so easy. You clear customs and you are in the garage that they will be picking you up at. Pillar 11 is one of the last ones. We were there for about 5 minutes before the van pulled up. It's only a 5 to 10 minute drive back to the lot, depending on traffic. We were impressed by the quickness of pick-up and drop-off. The paper said it could be 60 minutes, but the timing must have been on our side. We are very happy with using We Park in Miami and I'll be sure to recommend on my Vlog. We will be using them again. Very happy. Oh, the price was better than the first place we were recommended to. FYI, it is outside parking and gravel/pavement lots. We live in Florida and park outside anyway, so not a big deal for us. Thank you! The drivers were very nice and helpful. Don't forget to tip them!"

I feel like it would be helpful to have someone help guide people when they get in line, so they know they're lined up at the right place and to answer any questions. Also, when we arrived, it wasn't obvious where to meet the pickup shuttle. That should probably be spelled-out somewhere, because nobody answered the phone when we called."

Only minor complaint has to do with navigating the parking garage. The Omni doesn't belong to Rightway so this is no negative on them. However, providing a tad clearer direction in advance would really take this operation from a 4.5 to a 5 for me. I highly recommend Rightway parking if you're cruising from the Port of Miami.
