Verified UserThe drop off was pretty much seamless. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and very service oriented. A gentleman by the name of Rowland showed great hospitality. The pick up, however, took a long time for a shuttle to come. I actually got on the wrong shuttle. It was Delta hotels by West Palm Beach Marriott. Obviously I was confused and was grateful for the driver to drop me off at the correct hotel. Hopefully there’s a more seamless pick up in the future.
