Whole process went smooth. Airport transfer ran every 20 minutes just as advertised. Only slight concern was the actual parking lot. The lot could use a few more lights and the lot itself is pretty unseure.

This is the second time we have parked here. It's a very short trip to the airport via the hotel's shuttle. We have arrived at the airport without delay. When we have returned to the airport we pick up our luggage and call for the shuttle and again the wait is very short. Driver's are very friendly and helpful.

I would give five stars, except the van that took me to the airport made awful noises and needs maintenance. The van that picked me up on Sunday evening didn’t come for about 45 minutes after I called. As I sat waiting, at least a couple dozen vans from other parking operators arrived to pick up others waiting. Other than that, everything is great. Polite drivers. The pick-up van was different and quiet and did not make any noises. I was grateful to pay only $7 per day.
