The location and service is great. It seems safe. The only down side is that the shuttle has to be scheduled in advance and from the airplane is really hard to do! If you miss it the shuttle you scheduled, the fee is very high at $20. Which is what a car would cost the whole trip to my apt.

2 Birds Shuttle was a good choice for parking for us, for our flight out of CLE. Google maps took us right to the entrance to the parking lot, where a shuttle driver was waiting. We arrived a half hour prior to our scheduled time,, but we're able to park and take the waiting shuttle. On our return, we texted as instructed. Jamahl arrived at the requested time and got us back to our car in only a few minutes. I found this service prompt and reliable. We will use it again.

First time using your lot. My GPS took me past my turn off. I then used Google maps to get there. I was rudely scolded for pulling into the fenced area by your shuttle driver who was I and that I was to text him my reservation number. So I did. He then told me where to park. Had me enter the shuttle van, fill out my info card he supplied. No courtesy extended beyond his pleasantries with the other passengers. Upon return, I had confusing text exchange ended up sitting outside waiting about 40 minutes for pickup due to your policy of giving certain time frame for pickups. That was my bad timing. Will definitely text upon landing next time. Pickup shuttle driver was much more pleasant personality and carried my bag and helped me find my car.
