It went very smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy then and unloaded our luggage and then into the van. Unbelievable amount of parking. Quick ride to the airport. It was the same upon return. Made the call and the van showed up within minutes of us getting to the pick-up spot. Then back to the parking and off to home. All very affordable and pleasant to work with you.

Smooth, simple process and much cheaper than parking at the airport. Just make sure you notify the parking location that you need a shuttle ahead of time.

My experience at the crown plaza was a little sub par. The overall rating is good due to the ease and price. But customer service of the hotel staff was very bad. The driver Mike was great. But the hotel front desk clerk was rude and swore.. he had zero professional skills.
