Shuttle Information Shuttle service runs from 4:00 AM to Midnight, 365 days a year. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.g., 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, etc.). Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation. Additional Information Present your text or email confirmation to the front desk upon arrival. Verified UserMy experience at the crown plaza was a little sub par. The overall rating is good due to the ease and price. But customer service of the hotel staff was very bad. The driver Mike was great. But the hotel front desk clerk was rude and swore.. he had zero professional skills.

Verified UserParking was smooth. Airport pickup was delayed due to a van switch. Hotel did not have a bathroom in the lobby area it was downstairs and elevators were not working. Other than that, parking was easy

Verified UserArrived at 11 pm off the plane, called and no answer. Started to sweat that I hadn’t read the 24/7 service of the shuttle correctly. No worries they answered on the third call and said the shuttle was on its way. Only complaint is the wait area at Cleveland airport is so windy/ cold as there is no protection from it.
