It was very easy to drop off and pick up the car and use the shuttle van to get to the airport. I even called to extend my parking a couple of days while on vacation and they said there was no problem, so all worked out quite well for a very fair price.

Booking with Rightway was smooth and simple. Parked our car for 15 day at very nice rate. Car was fine and not bothered. We parked at Middleburg Hts Crown Plaza

for the most part it was a very positive experience. The only issue I had was upon my return to Cleveland Airport I called for a shuttle and the gentleman who I spoke to told me simply “wait under number 7”. There are several 7’s at the airport and although I asked for clarification I got none. I waited outside under the sign that said “united 7”. For a good 45 minutes and then called again and in a snappy tone he told me that the shuttle had been there and I wasn’t there so they returned and now he was gonna have to send him back. I said well I’ve been standing under number 7 since we spoke the first time. I said there’s an upper deck and a lower deck. Which do I need to be standing on? His reply was I don’t know where you are and I can’t see where you’re standing. Just go to number 7!” And he hung up. Fortunately there was another shuttle driver there from another company who heard the conversation and asked me if I was waiting for a hotel shuttle. I said yes and he said you are so in the wrong place! He directed me way over to the other side where I had to go in the building and then back out again and there I found the shuttle stops. About another half hour later the shuttle came. He was a very nice gentleman but the desk clerk was obviously having a bad day. All in all it took me almost as long to get back to the hotel as it did to get from Boston to Cleveland. But beyond that I would definitely use your services again

It went very smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy then and unloaded our luggage and then into the van. Unbelievable amount of parking. Quick ride to the airport. It was the same upon return. Made the call and the van showed up within minutes of us getting to the pick-up spot. Then back to the parking and off to home. All very affordable and pleasant to work with you.

Really pleasant staff and waiting area but not super fast between runs.

Smooth, simple process and much cheaper than parking at the airport. Just make sure you notify the parking location that you need a shuttle ahead of time.

This was the first experience with parking this way and it worked out wonderfully. This saved us a lot of money and was very convenient. Would recommend.
