Reserve parking at 2100 Kettner Garage San Diego Cruise Port

The garage was easy to access and had plenty of parking spots available. The spots were numbered so it was easy to find your car when we returned from our cruise a week later. It is about 1.1 miles from the cruise boat terminal and walkable but we got an Uber which came within 5min to get there for under $10. The only problem was leaving the garage you had to hit the help button which is not well marked and wait on hold about 3 to5 minutes for it to be answered, your booking number verified and the gate lifted. An irate person behind us trying to leave got out of his car and aggressively demanded we move out the way and let him out.

This facility was clean, safe, easy entry, easy exit, easy to find and within walking distance of the San Diego Cruise Port. We will be back.

Convenient location for the Santa Fe training station and cruise ship terminal. The long-term parking rate is surprisingly reasonable. Easy access to the parking lot. The only negative comment was that you had to call for assistance on exiting the parking garage if you paid for the parking fare online in advance.

Easy access, clean facility … but availability to the restroom would be appreciated! Had to go next door to get the restroom unlocked.

Great location for cruise gowers. 10min walk with bags.

Good location: close to cruise ship dock and 2 blocks to Little Italy. Facility is clean and is easy to get into. So far we have used it for extended parking for cruises and have found it to be the best combination of price, security and convenience. They do not have shuttles to the airport (just a couple of miles away) or the ships (less than a mile away), but a quick cab or ride share will work (lots of these in this area. Never waited more than about 5 minutes for one). Only issue is getting out: their system for extended stays is kind of awkward. You have to call in to the company from the pay box at the gate; this can take some time and any cars behind you have to wait while you deal with this. Plus, every time we have done this there has been some issue in their system that the agent on the other end of the phone has had problems with: can’t find the payment or the reservation number or some other issue. It took someone in the lot to open the gate. They lose a star for this. But the good price and relative convenience make this location worthy of 4 stars, so 4 it is.

Excellent experience. Their system made it very easy to make and modify arrangements. It’s easy to reach a well trained phone agent who can take care of any issue. I am impressed by how well this worked out, not to mention their prices were the best I could find. Highly recommend this company.
