I needed to contact Lyft for a ride to the cruise port and could not get the app loaded on my phone. One of your workers offered to help and got the app loaded and we were able to obtain the ride we needed from Lyft. He spent a bit of time working on it but because of his youth and experience, he got the job done. I am 83 years old and not computer savvy or trained so I was very happy to have his kind assistance. I am sorry I did not get his name.

We have had a good experience with Rightway Parking itself. This is our second time using them for parking our car during a cruise. I would caution future users at this particular location. There seems to be a disconnect between the hotel front desk and the third party valet on cost etc. They basically had no clue on what was going on. In the future I would recommend dealing with the valet directly (Town Parke Valet) and definitely make sure you keep your email receipt for verification. Other than that we had no problems picking our car back up. They knew it was prepaid. Great safe garage location less than a mile from the cruise port. Would use again.
