During my check in i had a bad experience with the customer service, i disliked the approach. dont know the name but was a lady at the counter. date may 12th. everything elase was great as usual

Very easy to park, and get on the shuttle to the ship. Upon return we did not see Aladdin, I called the phone number, the call was answered after a few rings and she explained they come every 15 minutes. Soon after he arrived, loaded our luggage and we returned to our car.

Now that I know where you are I won't have a problem finding you again but on the first go-round, I tried to follow the directions but ended up finding you quite by accident after I realized I was lost. I came in from the 94 on to the 5. Everything else; attendants, shuttle, etc. was great.
