Cruise parking
Garage self-park for electric vehicles that are charging, at Ace Parking Port of San Diego, 0.5 miles from the San Diego cruise port. There is no shuttle.
No transportation is provided. Book a rideshare such as Uber or Lyft, or a taxi, to the cruise terminal.
Drive to 925 Waterfront Pl, San Diego, CA 92101. Pull a ticket at the entrance and keep it, as you need it to exit. Park on level -2 if there is space, in any non-reserved space, and secure your vehicle.
When you leave, stop at the exit gate and press the Help button. Give the representative your reservation details and they will open the gate.
Active EV Charging Required: This parking facility is reserved exclusively for electric vehicles actively charging. Vehicles must be plugged in while parked. Non-charging vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
EV Charging Rates:
Level 2 Charging: $0.35 per kWh Monday through Friday. Free on Saturdays and Sundays.
Level 3 Fast Charging: $0.45 per kWh, available seven days a week.

No Storage or Overflow Parking:
Operating Hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
On-Site Staff: Staff members are available on-site to assist customers.
Shuttle Schedule: There may not be a shuttle available. Please plan accordingly.

When exiting the building two weeks later I mistakenly put the receipt card into the machine instead of scanning it. I was then asked for a huge amount of money to get the gate raised in order to exit. I hit the assistance button which connected me with a support person - not sure if it was Ace Parking or Rightway. I explained my dilemma and fortunately had my Rightway contract number. The gate was raised and it was all over. I was delighted. Overall the experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to do it again."

The only hiccup was the entrance requires a code to scan in and I didn’t get one at confirmation. You have to call in and give your information but it was easy to do and the attendant was friendly.
