Reserve parking at Aloft Phoenix Airport

It was my first time using ALoft hotel parking and it was a smooth experience.

Easy parking experience. Shuttle was not running as planned despite checking ahead it would be, but they sent an uber to pick us up right away. And they paid for it.

We parked at the Aloft for a little over two weeks. A shuttle is typically provided to and from the airport, but in our case the shuttle broke down the day we left for the airport. Aloft provided an Uber, but it was a bit inconvenient. The only problem with the experience is when we returned the car has significant bird crap on it and since it was baked onto the paint, marks were left on the paint.

Great location....within walking distance to the airport 44th street station where you can catch the train to the terminal. No QR code to open gates, park like you are staying at the hotel. I will definitely use them again.

Parking here is always the easiest and most convenient for us. Price is right and the shuttle service always goes nice and smooth. We use this service every time we travel!!

The Aloft Phoenix Airport parking facility was convenient to Sky Harbor's Sky Train, and the Hotel also offers transportation to the terminal. I appreciated the easy check-in and helpful staff.

The operator on the phone was kind and reassuring that I'd make my flight easily with Aloft Parking,. I got to the lot and showed my payment receipt code to the desk as instructed, but the receptionist wanted me to fill out some more forms, including my new license plate. The driver patiently waited with a couple other passengers. I still had plenty of time. On the return it was enough of a wait that I looked into another company which had vans frequently pulling up. My car was safe and sound.

I'm glad I found Rightway Parking! I was able to make the reservation online and, on my travel date, simply drive to a hotel near the PHX Airport (Aloft), park my car in their lot, and get the free shuttle over to the airport. So much easier, less stressful and more economical than parking at the airport! When I returned from my trip, I just called the hotel and they sent the shuttle over to pick me up and return to the hotel's parking lot. Will definitely use this service for future trips!

We recently returned on a red eye flight and after multiple calls & trouble reaching someone by phone regarding our transfer, the driver finally arrived. We waited about 45+ mins. after calling...seemed unusually long since The Aloft is only about 1 mile away. On the bright side, our vehicle was fine.

Always an easy process and shuttle service was on time. Will utilize the parking service again in the future.
