Reserve parking at Best Rate Parking MCO

I was pleasantly surprised by Best Rate Parking at MCO. For the low price, I was not expecting such great service. Valet parking was included in the low price. It was quick getting to the airport with no wait and did not have to wait long on the return. My car was waiting for me out front when I arrived. Both agent behind desk and driver were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again next time.

This was the first time I left my car, it was very convenient, not having to bother anyone at 3:30 in the morning to take me to the airport. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because I had to wait 40 minutes for pick up when I came back. but would definitely still use them again great price and very convenient.

I was anxious after I booked with Best Rate Parking MCO. The reviews I saw after booking were not good at all. Looking at them, I discovered that almost all of the negative reviews were from people who mistakenly thought the lot was open longer hours. I have noticed the hours have changed on the website. That said, I received WONDERFUL service from them. The day I arrived I did have to wait for someone to come to the desk but then realized that she was doing everything. Checking me in, parking my car and driving me to the airport. A be right back driving to the airport sign would have been nice but I managed to figure it out. The ride to the airport was really nice as we had a very pleasant conversation. Coming home, I was able to get ahold of them promptly, I had excellent directions as to where to pick up my ride and they arrived within 15-20 minutes. All in all I was happy. I will absolutely park there again.

All went well, but I did not like the call system fir pick up. No one answered at all 3 phone numbers on the business card. So I left a message, but had no idea if the message was received.

I made my reservation through the app and when I arrived they had everything in order for me. The shuttle drver was fast to the bright line at the airport was extremely helpful and friendly.

They are very simple to deal with and the rates are very fair. The free shuttle is convenient and fast. I just renewed with them and they are great!
