Verified UserThe Best Western part was great. There were no issues. However, be aware of the shuttle part which I think is separate from the parking. The shuttle ride to the cruise port was not an issue. Getting back from the cruise port didn't happen. When I called they said they were too busy and that I should call an Uber. Not acceptable!
