Easy drop off and a bus was getting loaded then so no time waiting. Then upon returning, went to get luggage and texted number, as we went down escalator a bus was pulling up so didn’t have to wait then either. Smooth and easy!

This was our second time using Charlie Brown at Pitt. The staff are courteous and friendly. It was easy to make my reservation and pay online. I found it nice that my car was ready for me and warmed up (or cooled down as was the case last summer). I live slightly closer to the Cleveland Airport but Charlie Brown and the Pittsburgh Airport make the extra 30 minute drive worthwhile.
