"It was easy to park & get the shuttle to the airport. Since I use a foldable wheelchair, the door we were dropped off at was easy to get in & up to the ticket counter. I did have to sit for 40 min & wait to catch it back because it didn't open till 4pm. Our driver was very nice & even put my chair in the car for me. The shuttle is a very nice vehicle. I will def use them again. "

"Check in process fairly simple, although It would be preferable if parking form might be provided online so it could be filled out prior to arriving at facility. Wait times for shuttles were reasonable and all personnel were curteous. Good experience overall. "

R. Rykaczewski

"We were extremely pleased with the parking arrangements at the PIT Sheraton Airport . It is easy to find, the comfortable hotel lobby is available to wait for the shuttle, though it took less than 15 minutes for us to wait. On the way back we were picked up in 15 minutes after we called the hotel in the middle of the night. And the cost was half of what we would have paid for parking in the airport."
