Verified UserAll of the staff were super nice and friendly! The only downside side was waiting on the shuttle in the rain on the return when I called I was told they run at 20 and 50 after. I was at the shuttle stop at 12 after and waited til 55 I called again at 30 and was told oh they run at 15 and 45...so just for future purposes a better time frame would be great! But everyone again is super nice will use again!

Verified UserWhole process is easy. Hotel parking and shuttle easy! Hotel staff competent and helpful. In, out and affordable. Very close to Reagan airport. This was our third time there in a few months. So doable and stress free!
