Getting to the terminal
The free shuttle runs from 4:30 AM to 10:30 PM, 365 days a year, every 30 minutes. Seats are first come, first served, with priority for hotel guests. Arrive at least 30 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
When you arrive
Drive to 1800 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202 and pull up in front of the hotel. Note your license plate number. Show your prepaid parking pass at the front desk to register your vehicle, then park in the garage in any space not marked "Reserved". You must validate before parking to avoid a citation.
Coming back
With your bags, call the number in your booking confirmation. Shuttles pick up at Curbside 2 at Terminal 1 and Curbside 1 (Door 4 or 7) at Terminal 2. If your car was not registered at check-in or you extended your stay, visit the front desk before you exit.

"It was a very eventful experience, except the Westin hotel the entire first floor is getting a very extensive renovations with the baggage in my hand. I was unable to find the front desk for a very long time, but don’t turn out well thank you."

"Our Airline changed our airport on us and we literally had an hour to arrive to DCA for our flight. I was googling airport parking from our car as we were driving down the beltway in traffic and a rainstorm. Westin of Crystal City was very easy to navigate and shuttle us quickly to the airport.
