Verified UserVery easy to find, park and get the shuttle. I was also so grateful to the shuttle driver who calmly took me right back to the hotel to get my phone that I had forgotten on the table outside! I retrieved my phone and he took me right back to the airport. Will park here again!

Verified UserExcellent experience. Easy outside parking at the hotel and I felt very safe in this area. Quick transfer to the area by the hotel shuttle. After arrival back to Dulles Airport, it took about 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for trip back to the hotel. Would definitely use this site again!

Verified UserNo problems with the reservation or shuttle. In fact, the shuttle driver made her last trip of the day later than usual so we could catch a ride after a delayed flights. We will definitely book this park and ride option again when we fly from Dulles.

Verified UserI left my car for 12 days. the staff was very helpful when I arrived to leave my car. The shuttle ride was very quixk and dropped me at the departure level and helped with my bags. When I returned the same driver (his name might be Rich?) picked me up very quickly and remembered where I went and the purpose of my trip. He was very friendly and very very helpful. I would definitely leave my car there next trip.
