This parking location is bith convenient and affordable. The driver could be a little more courteous. I had to wait outside the hotel for over 10 minutes with my dog and bags under the heat 9f the day until he decided to step out of the van and have me haul the bags from the curve in to the van. Other places I have used this service they allow you in the van right away and they help with the bags.

Using this service was easy and straightforward. The crown plaza staff were aware and handled the registration. The shuttle service was great and the shuttle driver dropped us off at our car upon return.

My experience with rightway at Crown Plaza was extremely positive and without difficulty. The van driver Dean was very pleasant and went out of his way to help me with my luggage.

Hotel is easy to find. Hotel staff were not easy to find. Shuttle drivers were great, except that the driver who dropped us off said the pickup would be in the same place, and they run every 15 minutes. When we returned, we waited 25 minutes, and then we were told we had to call for a pickup. Still a good deal and will use again next month.
