It was very simple to go into the hotel and speak to the front desk about where to park. Very accessible parking spot, close to the front door. The shuttle driver was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Provided information on how to contact the hotel upon arrival back in Minneapolis.

This was my first time parking off site of airport and I was very pleased how easy it was. There was no time waisted. We pulled in and quickly got on a shuttle. Coming back to MSP I called them as soon as I got my luggage and they were there within 10mins.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I called and the shuttle was there to pick me up in 10 minutes. Can't expect or ask for more than that. Also the location is great.

It was easy. The only reason for the four star is that the shuttle driver sped away before I could run out. He or she zoomed away as I was running after him/her. I had to wait over 40 minutes to be pick up.
