This was my first time parking off site of airport and I was very pleased how easy it was. There was no time waisted. We pulled in and quickly got on a shuttle. Coming back to MSP I called them as soon as I got my luggage and they were there within 10mins.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I called and the shuttle was there to pick me up in 10 minutes. Can't expect or ask for more than that. Also the location is great.

It was easy. The only reason for the four star is that the shuttle driver sped away before I could run out. He or she zoomed away as I was running after him/her. I had to wait over 40 minutes to be pick up.

Easy to reserve, they are there every 30 minutes for pickup at hotel, and just call when you get to the airport drop off after flight for pick up.

I parked my car at the embassy suites by Hilton- MSP parking facility for the first time and it was a great experience!! It was more than I wanted to pay $12.99/day and because it was a holiday weekend, rates were a little high, but the convenience, ease and assurance I would get picked up and my car would be ok was well worth it. The price of an UBER round trip was more than the cost of parking n shuttling to the airport using rightwayparking.com. Plus the instructions were very thorough and once I landed I called the shuttle number and it was already ready n waiting for me! I highly recommend!

I travel once a month and it’s always much easier to drive myself to the airport, but at a reasonable cost. I park at Embassy every time. Close to the light rail and the shuttle service is very convenient as well.
