Parking is very convenient and safe, but I had to wait for an hour for the shuttle to pick me up when arrived. I called 3 times they said will be there soon,,,,

Parking was safe. The only challenge was finding the location but overall once I parked the car it was secured. The location for the van to the airport was right in front of the Embassy Suites so i was able to stay warn inside the Hotel as I waited for transportation.

I also suggest the following additional information be noted on the bottom of each reservation confirmation (as when we called the hotel the employee who answered did not know to which level we needed to proceed from the Luggage Carousels) : Shuttle pickups for hotels are located at Newark Airport (EWR) at P4 Parking Area. After collecting/retrieving your luggage, take the escalators to Level 4 - AirTrain Station to the P4 Pickup Area where the shuttles will arrive on their scheduled routes to return passengers to the appropriate parking location.

I love this location and the staff is fantastic. However, the parking lot was filled when I got there and I had to use a spot not traditionally meant for parking.
