It was convenient and worked out. Front desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. The van drivers drove insanely and did not appreciate it. We did get back and forth so no harm done. Instructions need to be clearer where to meet the van when you return to Newark. Also, car had deep scratch in it on my return. For the price I paid it worked well enough.

Great price,Great location and lot. Just need to be more clear on directions to get shuttle on return, maybe hand out a card with instructions on when getting dropped off.

First time user. We arrived late after midnight but got tag quickly; parking was in the hotel lot and was just few mins walk. Shuttles, running q 30 mins and always on time. Price 60% cheaper than others. Company communicated well. Overall a positive experience.
