Verified UserOn parking I do not have any complaints, only compliments. But I need to bring to your attention a specific issue that was deplorable. I waited 25-30 minutes waiting for the bus to picked from the airport. Most of the other lots picked up their customers at 10 times. I had to call for the bus and when it came I asked the lady who came with driver why this bus does not come as often. She did not like my question. She was rude. Her answer was “you do not know how many lots the other companies have, we only have one”. She was a heavy set lady with braided hair. She looked like a supervisor and that was the reason I asked her. Thanks
