Wonderful front desk staff. Shuttle was fast and easy to track through the provided website. No need to do anything upon arrival other than take a ticket at the lot gate and park your car before hopping on the shuttle. Could not have been any easier. Bring your ticket to the front desk with your reservation on your phone and they validate it, then you're on your way. Fantastic experience.

I experienced no problem - easy check-in at desk (print and bring your online registration confirmation papers), multiple parking spots to choose from, no wait for shuttle to airport, short wait for shuttle back from airport station P4 (maximum waits could be 20 minutes either way), quick check-out at desk (with the same registration papers - be sure to keep them on hand), and easy departure.
