We had a good experience. The shuttle left within 10 minutes of our arrival, and picked us up at the cruise terminal with 15 minutes from our call. The elevator was out of order, but just unloaded at the entrance and one of us went and got the car.

Fairly close to cruise dock. Only complaint was that shuttle wasn’t there when we got off ship and had to wait 1/2 hour. Otherwise good experience.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used this. Everything was fine. Only complaint was we had to wait almost 30 minutes for pickup at the port. Frustrating when we saw 4 shuttles from Aladdin come and go while we waited. Price is right, locations great! Staff is great to work with.
