Reserve parking at Le Meridien Dania Beach FLL

I was so happy to have found this fantastic place to park, while I was traveling for a week. It made things so much easier. The people at the hotel were very friendly, professional and polite, when I had some questions. This is done through a third-party, Rightway, and it was very easy and convenient. Not to mention inexpensive and not having to deal with the craziness of FLL parking. The shuttle driver was prompt and also very helpful and friendly. He loaded my two suitcases on the shuttle and got them off for me, as well.

Convenient hotel location and helpful shuttle drivers.

The customer service was impeccable, both arriving and departing. I struggled to get through to the number on the original information that I was given. Fortunately, I was able to notice the different number on the printout that I was provided and spoke to someone. Also, I was impressed with the hotel (even though it’s above my budget).

On our way to our destination, we had to catch the JetBlue flight to Cancun, and we parked our car we left it at the lot from Saturday to Saturday. Everything was fine but when we got back from Cancun, we called for a pickup to take us to the lot to pick up the car and they told me to keep walking towards the left to platform F and it was a very long walk and we stayed there for about 30 minutes waiting and I had a wheelchair pushing my mom on it and it was very hard because we also had 3 carry-ons and 3 backpack's. When we finally got to the section they told us to go to, we waited for about 20 minutes and then I called again and they said they were on their way. We had to move again all the way to the right because the bus did not stop where we were at and we were rushing to go to where the bus was and the officer that was there did not want us to go on the bus where the bus stopped. Luckily the officer and the bus driver both agreed to let us in at that point. Everything was ok but they should explain the pickup location a little better. Other than that, everything was good. My car was good and we were very happy to be back.

The process was very easy and the shuttle was immediately available for my ride to the airport. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed so no shuttle on my return. I had to get an Uber for the 2 mile ride. Also, the scanner at both the entrance and exit wasn't operable so I had to go into the hotel lobby each time to get my ticket scanned.

I give it 4 stars as I was not able to scan the QR code which was very frustrating. Fortunately the hotel staff helped me and over rode the parking fee I would have had to pay since what I prepaid for was not working. It was safe and secure which was great and hotel staff was incredible to help me.

Service was impeccable. Parking and shuttle information was explained to me by Edgar in front of hotel in detail. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew procedure on how to get our shuttle upon return from airport and how to validate parking. Everything went very smooth, shuttle driver gave excellent service as well. Van was very clean and comfortable and The Meridian itself is a beautiful hotel, amazing lobby and refreshments available. I will be using Rightway Parking for all future parking plans and will definitely be back to stay at the Meridian Hotel when I visit Ft Lauderdale, which is often. Thank you for a pleasant stress free experience.
