We were gone for 3+ weeks. Came back and our vehicle was secure and no damage to our vehicle in any way. Pleasant staff. I had peace of mind with this facility. 2nd time using this parking plaza for cruise trip.

Quick and easy to park. I liked that there was a locking gate at night with a code. Elevator as well as stairs. Would definitely park here again.

P1080 was excellent experience however, I had booked 1083 in advance as it appeared online that it was in a secured building with attendant. When I went to it, it was a small open air lot with no security, no vehicles and had homeless people laying in it. It seemed far from secure, especially to leave a vechile for 11 days. I tried to contact rightway as there was no one at the lot who i was to give my paper work to so i called but phones are not answered on Saturdays. I was very anxious and upset as not familiar with San Diego at all and was embarking on a cruise that day. I found your other parkade and had hoped i could transfer payment to it but again no one to help me, so I paid again for 11 days parking in 1080. Was very hard to not be able to contact anyone for help and to lose out on $100.

Everything worked as described in the purchase confirmation email. Easy in and out. A bit far from the port but the weather was nice and we walked it with no issue.

Exactly as expected. Pulled in, Parked and drove out 11 days later. Direction letter was a bit confusing. While Long and detailed it took several time to read to figure out what I was to do.

It was easy getting into the garage. The car was in perfect condition on our return. The only hiccup we had is that we were given the wrong code to get into the door. We called the number and got the right code, got in our car and drove away. SIMPLE!!! Thank you!

I did not notice on email what the code is to get back in at the end of my stay but fortunately another person what getting in and gave me the code. Otherwise all went without a hitch. Thank you for providing this parking service.
