Verified UserThe parking lot looked to be in a very sketchy area, graffiti everywhere! We were very nervous but noticed cars from Texas, etc so figured there were other travelers. Car was ok when we returned. Whew!

Verified UserHi. There are not any parking spaces marked “premium” as your communication said there would be. When I returned for my car there was a NAIL on my hood. Luckily it did not damage but it is a concern that it was even there. This was a 16 penny three inch long dual head construction nail a would not have come on the wind. Improved monitoring would seem to be in order. I will be back on November 30. Hope to be nail free. Craig
