The shuttle runs from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM, on cruise days.
Shuttle runs every 25 minutes (I.e; 5:00, 5:25, 5:50 etc.)
Once the reservation is booked, the shuttle instructions will be sent via email/text confirmation.

Very close to the port, easy check in and out. Only complaint was the shuttle was slow. We took Uber/cab both ways

Cruised out of Cape Liberty in March. The parking is located behind a Costco (has a gas station), it was very easy to find. When you pull, you simply stop in front of the office to checking and drop off your luggage before going to park your vehicle. The lot is not paved but could be messy if it rained. There is a heated indoor waiting area to wait for the shuttle bus. The bus was packed but it is not a long drive to the port. Embarkation day is more hectic than disembarkation day since there seems to be less traffic. When you return, you can call the number for pick up or you can simply follow the crowd. Stress free parking, highly recommend it.

Great location. Kind of a LONG wait to get to the port. Coming back was better. Was hoping that the waiting area had heat (in the winter).

I had concerns since there are many online negative reviews. Ultimately, we had a positive experience, with only one hiccup. After arriving, we were on the shuttle in 5 minutes. The driver graciously loaded all our luggage. The drive to the terminal was slow due to heavy traffic. After arriving, the driver unloaded our luggage. A smooth operation. Upon our return to Bayonne one week later, we gathered our luggage in the cruise terminal and were directed to walk across the street to wait for the bus shuttle. The bus was already there, but nearly full with both passengers and luggage. We were able to load one suitcase, but had to lift and carry 3 pieces onto the bus ourselves. I stood in the aisle and my wife found a seat. Fortunately, there was no traffic and we arrived at the parking facility in 5 minutes. Then it was a short walk to our vehicle and begin our drive home.

Parking lot is not paved, making it hard to move luggage. With that said, the service was great at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
