Park N' Sail Cape Liberty Parking

"easy in and out service for our cruise. Large bus, not a cramped vac. Friendly driver. Limited interaction with office staff so no comment. Will use them again"

R. Perry

"Everything was good. A little slow on the pickup at the end of the cruise but it all worked out."

L. Turner

"AS A FIRST TIME USER I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT BUT FOUND THE EXPERIENCE DELIGHTFUL AND PROFESSIONALLY HANDLED….. especially the bus driver and baggage loader. Getting driven to the front door of the departure building was a true blessing for us seniors."

"It was raining on the day. It was hard to find finding shelter while waiting for transportation to take up to the ship"

A. MITCHELL

"The whole process went very smoothly and fast. The office staff was nice, the driver was very helpful and polite. A lot of space, it is not a problem to find one for our car. I highly recommend this parking."

K. Le begin

"Everything was perfect. Thank you"

A. Meshkinfar

"Great value for cruise parking and easier luggage handling than parking at the cruise terminal. Bus ride is about 20 mins depending on traffic and we didnt have to wait more than 15 minutes for the bus."

K. Hartley

"Easy time getting on the bus to the port..coming home, the bus was waiting at the port for us to get on..nice paved lot"

R. Weltmer

"We have parked at Park N' Sail, Cape Liberty twice now and had a great experience on both occasions. The lot is newly paved and has an indoor waiting area. Check-in was simple: we went to the clearly marked office, showed the email confirmation, and were told to park wherever we wanted. We handed our luggage to the shuttle driver, and he dropped us right at the terminal, about a 20 minute ride. Once we arrived, the porters took our bags straight from the bus. We never had to carry them ourselves and headed right into the terminal. The return was just as smooth. After disembarking, the shuttle was waiting exactly where the driver said it would be, and we were back at our car about 30 minutes after getting off the ship. Park N’ Sail is super convenient, and the cost is less than half of what parking at the port would be. We will definitely use them again."

B. Mattos

"Great customer service. The driver's were prompt and courteous. Took very good care of thier passengers and our vehicles while on vacation. Thanks guys. Ill definitely be using you guys again."

M. Gorman

"I would park there again. But ...GPS was a little confusing and we arrived earlier then we had to, but they still almost left without us. It's kind of in a back alley junkyard area. But it's still fenced in and seems to be ok safe. A lot less expensive than most. Driver was nice."

M. Schares

"Parking was good but I didn't like that we were charged $25.00 extra for both the the arrival and the departure days due to inclement weather."

W. Diaz

"Parking lot and shuttle were great! The cruise port however was a hot mess getting in and out of so it's doubtful we'll be back."

A. Roe

"They are very nice and reliable. We will do it again next time."

C. Midlik

"Nice transportation to port. On return, in the rain!, we had trouble locating the bus. The name on the bus didn’t match our reservation so we were confused until we heard another passenger ask the address of the parking lot."

C. Hammitt

"Great option to park for the week while on a cruise. Felt very safe. Easy check in and check out process and staff was very friendly."

C. Miller

"The convenience of the bus back and forth to the terminal never have to wait"

R. Bandanza

"Easy to get to and shuttle was great for pick up at both ends"

D. Montone

"Wishing you had more buses. The little bus was blowing out hot air and traffic was terrible. We had to stand up the whole time. It took one and a half hours to get because of traffic. A third bus would be great. Pickup time was a little slow . We sat on the bus 45 minutes to wait for it to fill up. This is why a third bus would be very helpful. All in all Iwe are coming back in September to do it again"

S. Veit

"Very easy process. I was even given a refreshment while waiting for the shuttle."

M. Gorga

"Great service! The bus ride was a little bumpy, but we got there in good time despite the long line for port. I would use this service again."

D. Dash

"The shuttle drivers were friendly, couteous and helpful. They were on time after our cruise and patient waiting for other passengers. We already have recommended this service to other family members and friends."

P. Baillargeon

"We had a very smooth arrival and departure, the driver for our transportation where very helpful with our luggage's and very friendly. I will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends. "

Y. Hernandez

"Both the lot attendant and the shuttle driver were very nice but be aware that the port-a-potties there might be way-too-full so if you need to stop before arriving at the lot, do that. Also, there is only one shuttle bus (and one small shuttle) so on the way back, if you just miss the bus, it's about an hour before it gets back to the port so you may want to use Lyft. (still cheaper than parking at the port)."

L. Kooyman

"Excellent experience from beginning to the end! Pulled in and the man who met me was pleasant and friendly and told me what to do. The shuttle even waited an extra 2 minutes for my wife and me. Upon arrival home, the bus was waiting for us as we got off the ship. Easy and will be using again!"

E. Tetro

"The parking area was a bit sketchy at first. Obviously coming from the midwest it felt like we were definitely in the wrong area. As it turned out the people were extremely helpful, they were very good about getting us to and from the boat. The vehicles were safe and sound when we returned. The price was absolutely amazing. I will use this service anytime we cruise out of the area!"

T. MARTIN

"The bus transportation worked very well. Especially at the end of the cruise when there were 2 buses ready to depart. Those parking at the terminal were still waiting to get their vehicle. "

J. Frampton

"Left my car for 8 days and was still there when I came back. I even asked if I left my door open and they checked and said it was closed."

B. Nichols

"We had a great experience. We didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle to the port and whenever we exited the ship the shuttle was there waiting for us! Our car was safe in their lot and everyone was friendly. Would definitely use them again! "

J. Rysenga

"This place was very convenient for my family to park our vehicle before boarding the cruise. Really safe too. Our vehicle was an oversized one but the parking lot owner accommodated us by creating a special place for us to park. And another great attribute to this place is the awesome shuttle buses, jumbo one for large number of passengers, and medium one for smaller amount. The drivers were extremely helpful with passengers’ heavyweight and lightweight luggages. We were also picked up after the cruise, adding positively to our amazing vacation experience. I highly give this parking 🅿️ 💯 "

J. Omolewa-York

"c’est un parking vraiment bien pour la voiture . l’organisation de navettes à notre aller vers le bateau de croisière. ( attente de 1 h30 ) mais chauffeur fut vraiment super. Pour notre retour de vacances, la navette fut présente dès notre sortie du bus , attente de 30 min pour que le bus soit rempli et chauffeur très gentil."

B. Theoret

"Very good experience. I was greeted when I arrived, escorted to my parking space, and offered a ride in a golf cart to the shuttle pickup location. The attendant was cheerful and friendly, and even gave me a bottle of cold water. 100% would park here again for my next cruise."

V. McConnell

"I recently had an excellent experience with Tony and the driver. The service was outstanding, and they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was so impressed that I recommended their facilities to all my friends, confident they would receive the same great treatment."

N. NORMAN

"Self parking, fast checking, and the shuttle was waiting both to take us to the port and pick us up. Wish it was a bit closer to the port, though. I would park there again."
