"The Renaissance Hotel is close to the airport and well kept. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful for parking and shuttle service. Shuttle service is reliable and super convenient with very professional drivers and decent vehicles. We used the park and ride to get to the Brightline Train Terminal, since parking directly there is very expensive and scarce."

"We were told that the parking was not locked as there was a problem with the mechanism. This was a concern. The pick up at the airport upon arrival was difficult. The paperwork had a number which was incorrect, and it didn't explain that we needed to go to the first floor not the baggage claim floor. It was confusing and took some phone calls to get accurate information. "

K. Dargatz

You need to call hotel for pick up but have never waited more than 30 minutes for return to hotel parking lot."
