Reserve parking at Springhill Suites by Marriott MCO

Absolutely fantastic experience! I literally pulled up and parked at my allotted time, checked-in, and hopped on a shuttle all within 5 minutes. It was so easy.

I appreciate this facility being available to accommodate me. It is very conveniently located to the airport and I felt my vehicle was safe. The convenience allowed me the opportunity to avoid the hassle of airport parking as well as traffic. . I was able to walk out of the hotel, onto the shuttle bus without worry. I will definitely be using this in future and will absolutely let my friends know about this no hassle and convenient parking.

The process was easy. Hotel staff and drivers were friendly, helpful and professional.

The parking situation was fine. However better instructions and communication is necessary. For instance: when registering online the questionnaire requires the departure date. That seems like the time you left the car there, not when you're picking it up. What they really should ask is the return date. Because that's what they want to know. When you're picking up the car. Secondly, they don't tell you where to be for pick up at the airport on return. I called the office and she said A-4. But didn't specify which level. There's 2 levels. I waited for 30 minutes on the wrong level because she didn't say level 1. This was my first time using the service. Those improvements would earn a 5 rating instead of 4. Clear instructions should be displayed online at minimum and/or change the registration questionaire to reflect the return date, not departure date.

A bit confusing as to where to check in. Said nothing about checking in at the front desk of hotel. The QR code in front of hotel door did not work.

The most convenient, affordable and secure way to park your vehicle when flying or cruising out of Orlando Airport (MCO). I would definitely recommend this parking garage to anyone, and you will not be disappointed. Top tier services for sure.

The location was perfect, the check in at the lobby was easy. The shuttle arrived a few minutes after it was called, both times, from and to the airport. I recommend this parking and will definitely use again.

When I got back from my trip, I called for my shuttle bus. It was the ease of knowing I could get back to my car without issues.
