I want to thank the staff at the Sundance location for going above and beyond. I called from my destination to say that I lost a glove, possibly while getting my bags out of the car. Guess what? They made an active search of the lot for my glove, and called me back to say they had not been successful in finding it. How sweet is that? Thanks!

It was a good place they were friendly and prompt. Only thing was when we got back had a hard time getting out. Had to have manager come down open gate. Overall it was good

We always park at Sundance. The lot is okay but the price is right and the shuttle wait time is very good. The drivers are always courteous and personable. Rarely interact with anyone inside the building.

I have used this lot numerous times and I have never had to wait for a shuttle coming or going. Drivers have always been friendly. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Scanning the bar code was tricky, and the attendant had to help on the way out. Luckily it scanned when we arrived because it was very early in the morning and no one was available to help. It seems that a code system would work better and not be dependent upon the quality of the printed document. Everything else was great.

I forgot a bag in the car and he was great taking us back to get it. Very nice driver. Would definitely use your service again. Price was also very reasonable
