To be completely honest I was a little nervous about leaving the car and kind of a public parking garage. After a 8-day stay came back to the car which was inside the garage clean no damage, I was happy. Next time I'm in Tampa I will use your service. The Uber from the airport was only 17 dollars. reasonable.

This was my first time using Rightway Parking. Everything turned out fine. I had to learn how this worked with my diligence. Finding the parking area was easy, but knowing where to park in the parking area was difficult. I finally found the parking security guard and he directed me to the correct spot. Rightway needs to communicate better with their customers. I will use them again.

You are very helpful. Your parking is very safe. It’s very easy to purchase the parking online but one thing I will suggest to clean the stair way because it smells like bad. Parking arrangement was easy. My car was safe and undamaged after being parked there for approx. 2 weeks. The parking lot is well lit at night. I showed up about 8:45 pm to retrieve my car. Short Uber ride to and from airpost.

Good parking facility (garage) however users should be aware of the maximum height restriction of 6 feet. We drive a 3/4 ton pickup that exceeds this however, we were able to park at grade level and just barely fit. We were supposed to park on level 2 and fortunately we were not ticketed or towed. I would recommend this facility for any standard passenger vehicle.

I like it because it is so easy to book on line. This past trip, I needed to get ahold of the office staff, and they were so nice and helpful! Am very thankful that it was a safe place for my car during the hurricaine.!
