Reserve parking at Westshore Plaza Park and Rideshare

I love that it's a covered garage area. However, the directions on how to get to the actual area needs more clarity in the email. The company signage is different at the garage than what's on the website as well. Overall, nice location and inexpensive.

The west shore parking is convenient to the airport and is a full garage. I didn’t see any security there but assume there may be cameras for monitoring purposes. The uber cost approx. $15 one way. There is a bus, but I wasn’t familiar with the bust stop location. Uber can be a challenge as the drivers don’t like to go such a short distance then have to re-queue at the airport after dropping you off. iMHO right way parking needs their own shuttle service and charge more than $2 and less than $15 to service their customers

As easy as to park your car, place your papers over the dashboard, lock your car and go on your vacation, and coming back you just walk to your car, open it and drive away

The process was seamless, and I felt comfortable leaving our car there. The cost is manageable. I would recommend. We hired Uber to get to the airport, and in total, the expense was reasonable.

Everyone that anaswer the phone are extremely helpful, professional and each and every person i have spoken with are very,very kind and courteous!..The price is fair and the garage is close to the airport which is a huge convenience... Lighting and security could be better due to homeless problem,; however of all the times I have parked my car at Westshore 4999 West Grey,so far no issues... Thanks again Rightwsy for providing a dry and weather safe place for my car to parked during my travels.

The service is what it is , though it would be far better if the company included right upfront that it socked you with a $10 hidden charge at the end of the transaction. Online transactions are notoriously dishonest in this regard, but Rightway has the chance to do better but they choose not to...

The only thing inconvenient about this experience is the wait for public transportation to the airport, and that's certainly not the fault of Rightway. The company can be more transparent about stating their lack of security for their facilities. At a minimum they should provide simply 'anything' above and beyond relying on house securityto protect our obviously long term unattended vehicles. The presence of vagrants in and around the sheltered parking facility here deserves extra attention.
