Verified UserParking here went smoothly. The hotel front desk staff knew what they were doing, the shuttle ran on time and was clean. The drivers were helpful and drove safely. Bonus that they have a way of tracking the shuttles when you're waiting at the airport.

Verified UserWe were extremely happy with Rightway. We had a few glitches with some layovers and cancellations and they were very accommodating. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great.

Verified UserEasy to get in and out and the shuttle timing was decent and since it's a hotel, you can use the restrooms which helps before/after an encounter with O'Hare airport.

Verified UserEasy to find and park, reasonable prices, but the actual pick up was not the best, they don't tell you were to go, we had to call them and additional time to find out where to meet them, almost missed the last shuttle

Verified UserBooking was quick and very easy. Arriving at the parking lot was straightforward and well organized. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle service was always on time. Returning to the lot was just as smooth. I had a small issue when exiting, but the reception immediately provided a code and resolved it without any hassle. Great service overall – I would definitely recommend it and have already booked again.
