Parking here went smoothly. The hotel front desk staff knew what they were doing, the shuttle ran on time and was clean. The drivers were helpful and drove safely. Bonus that they have a way of tracking the shuttles when you're waiting at the airport.

Easy to get in and out and the shuttle timing was decent and since it's a hotel, you can use the restrooms which helps before/after an encounter with O'Hare airport.

Easy to find and park, reasonable prices, but the actual pick up was not the best, they don't tell you were to go, we had to call them and additional time to find out where to meet them, almost missed the last shuttle
