Getting to the terminal

Shuttles run every 30 minutes and loop continuously at peak times. Between midnight and 8 AM, you must call or text to request a shuttle. Arrive 2 hours before you want to be at the airport.

When you arrive

Drive to 4155 Mannheim Rd, Schiller Park, IL 60176. Pull a paper ticket at the entrance gate and keep it for your return. Park in any space not marked Reserved on the level shown in your booking confirmation.

Coming back

Domestic (Terminals 1, 2 and 3): shuttles pick up at the Terminal 2 middle curb. From Terminal 1, exit Door 1F and walk right. From Terminal 2, exit Door 2C (lower level). From Terminal 3, exit Door 3A and walk left. International (Terminal 5): after customs, wait outside Door 5E on the lower level outer curb. Terminal 5 pickups are always on request, so call or text with your terminal and party size.
