Hello . Mister Joe Stumpf here from Appleton Wisconsin. My trip to Cartagena Columbia was a great success .. I almost missed my return flight home from Columbia . Thanks to the great professional people at Routes is was able to have a secure parking spot and able to communicate with them before I returned to the ISA and was oromply picked up at the airport in Chicago just like the shuttle driver told me .. It was a pressure working with Routes and hope to see you on my next trip to where ever it may take me .. Again .. Routes is the place to park .. Joe H Stumpf ..

It was unclear when I arrived for the first time where I was to leave my car, find assistance, etc. -- so full I couldn't see the posted signs. But before I even entered the lobby, a driver met me, filled out all the paperwork, and got me into his van. The same driver picked me up a week later when the covid-19 concerns had drastically impacted travel. He wisely wore gloves. I wish I knew his name, a young man from Turkey, I believe he said. He was fabulous both times, personable and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He will be the reason I use ORD Routes Airport Parking again in the future. Counter workers were okay, probably stressed by the drop in business. It's the driver who makes the difference for me, the reason to return.

I used Routes Parking. I’m from a small town, so this seemed a little overwhelming to just drop my car and hand over the keys. They were very professional. The drop took only minutes. The shuttle immediately took me to the airport. Pick up went just as smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again !!!!

Very economical and convenient to us. Drop off at the terminal was fast and easy but on the return you have to take the car rental bus to the terminal and no call Routes to pick you up there. All in all we'll worth the money and convenience of not havi g to bother family and friends for a ride.
