Reserve parking at ORD Routes

We had a great experience with ORD Routes parking facility. Easy to find and there were people waiting to help with the check in process to leave the car. The van to the airport was at the parking facility and ready to load the bags and get everyone safely to the airport. Upon returning, we were able to navigate clearly from baggage claim to the pick up location give to us upon leaving our car. We had no issues with our car upon our return to the parking lot. Thank you to all we encountered!

Got to pickup door at airport and van was already there. Got back to lot and they already had my car parked up front. I will use them again

Very well run and easy to get to and from the car. probably faster than an onsite lot. As to the ppl that posted long wait times, we had none of that at 2:00 PM on a friday afternoon. Shuttle left promptly from their lot and was right there when we returned to take the shuttle back to our car. No wait at all on either end. I would use them again without hesitation.

Checking in to leave my car was quick and easy. Also the QR sent with instructions on how to request the shuttle was helpful. The drivers were also helpful with the luggages. In general, I would park there again if I need to travel from ORD. Thank you

The experience was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to and from the airport every 15 min. in the Chicago area, not sure about all locations. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. Our car was parked right upfront when we arrived to pick it up which was very convenient.

Wil use again. Fast ride to the airport and pick up at rental car location was good to get away from all the airport congestion.

The guys at the front counter were very nice and friendly. The van driver was very polite and the price was very affordable. Will park there again.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 min pickup personal car because of 5 other people were trying to rent a car and that takes time. it would be a good idea to find out who just need to pick up their personal car to get first serve. otherwise, staff were professional.

Always a good experience with Routes.

I always use Routes parking when I take my trips out of the country. Your facility is convenient to the airport and the 24-hour shuttle and the drivers are all great! The only complaint is it would be nice to have more help when you return. The driver will go get your car but not offer to help get your luggage in your car. I always tip well, and an offer would help everyone.
