ORD Routes Parking

"Was easy to drop off and pick up and much cheaper than airport parking"

A. Hoogenboom

"First time using Routes. Didn't appreciate having to go to the end of the train route to be picked up on the way to pick-up my car, but overall easy drop-off and pick-up. I will use Routes next time I need to park at O'Hare. Thanks Routes!"

K. Campbell

"Check in was great fast and easy. Guys were great. Picking up my car, the young lady was rude and condescending. I'm hard of hearing and she was rude when I asked her to repeat her instructions. I will use you again, but would try not to have to deal with her. "

R. Moseler

"We had a great experience with ORD Routes parking facility. Easy to find and there were people waiting to help with the check in process to leave the car. The van to the airport was at the parking facility and ready to load the bags and get everyone safely to the airport. Upon returning, we were able to navigate clearly from baggage claim to the pick up location give to us upon leaving our car. We had no issues with our car upon our return to the parking lot. Thank you to all we encountered!"

M. Golembieski

"Got to pickup door at airport and van was already there. Got back to lot and they already had my car parked up front. I will use them again "

T. Klarner

"Very well run and easy to get to and from the car. probably faster than an onsite lot. As to the ppl that posted long wait times, we had none of that at 2:00 PM on a friday afternoon. Shuttle left promptly from their lot and was right there when we returned to take the shuttle back to our car. No wait at all on either end. I would use them again without hesitation. "

R. Curcio

"Checking in to leave my car was quick and easy. Also the QR sent with instructions on how to request the shuttle was helpful. The drivers were also helpful with the luggages. In general, I would park there again if I need to travel from ORD. Thank you "

I. GONZALEZ

"The experience was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to and from the airport every 15 min. in the Chicago area, not sure about all locations. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. Our car was parked right upfront when we arrived to pick it up which was very convenient. "

D. Harris

"Wil use again. Fast ride to the airport and pick up at rental car location was good to get away from all the airport congestion. "

T. Aiello

"The guys at the front counter were very nice and friendly. The van driver was very polite and the price was very affordable. Will park there again. "

B. Roby

"We had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 min pickup personal car because of 5 other people were trying to rent a car and that takes time. it would be a good idea to find out who just need to pick up their personal car to get first serve. otherwise, staff were professional."

K. dishno

"Always a good experience with Routes."

J. DOBIZL

"I always use Routes parking when I take my trips out of the country. Your facility is convenient to the airport and the 24-hour shuttle and the drivers are all great! The only complaint is it would be nice to have more help when you return. The driver will go get your car but not offer to help get your luggage in your car. I always tip well, and an offer would help everyone."

A. Glasper

"We've used Routes for many years and have always been pleased with their service, as well as very competitive rates."

D. Fling

"Easy drop off and pick up options. Shuttle service was easy to navigate and picked up on time. Staff was friendly and helpful."

C. smith

"RIGHTWAY PARKING provided great customer service! I had a wonderful experience. They were very courteous explained thoroughly in detail what the procedure was as well as sent me verification online… received the car back in excellent condition the same wa it looked when I dropped it off! Everything was done in a timely manner and I loved the Free shuttle pick up Service from OHARE AIRPORT… in the rates were very economical compared to the higher rates -being that my car was there approximately nine days made it very affordable for me! I could not even afford the other rates in which somewhere were outrageous… thank you RIGHTWAY"

T. Hargrove

M. Anne

"Skeptical at first, wound up a good experience."

J. Rietsma

"It was an easy process to drop off my car and they loaded my luggage in their shuttle. It was a quick process. Coming back took a little longer to get back to our car. The shuttle was busy. But would highly recommend. Better than leaving your car at airport and cheaper! "

A. Shepard

"Good service. Once I found the parking facility, process was a breeze. Made my O'Hara flight a good experience. Because I'm older, a senior citizen that does not travel much. Better instructions need to be text message to my phone, without having to link to some website. Once I was able to actually talk to someone who can instruct me how to get back to my car. It was a cinch to return from my trip. Yes, I would use them again."

D. Szarek-Peso

"Very prompt and great customer services!"

P. Holm

"Very friendly staff.good experience all around."

K. Vann

"The drop off and departure went very well, but the return and pickup was not. The car renter line moved very slow, and all I needed was to get my keys and go. That took just too long while renters decided on how to pay for tolls etc. give us a separate line!!"

J. WURST

"I love parking at Routes ORD because of the convenience to ORD. The parking is safe and seamless. The shuttle service and drivers are top notch. The shuttle picks up and drops off like a fine-tuned wheel. I have never had any trouble or issues with the parking or the shuttle. I have been using routes for the past couple of years and I take an international trip every six months. Routes is only about 8 mins from the airport, and you are dropped at your airline. Can't ask for much more. I love it!"

A. Godson

"Excellent service and communication. I appreciate this option for extended parking which was less expensive and secure parking than at the airport lots. "

T. Bekkers

"ORD Routes is very safe and convenient parking. The shuttle service is wonderful and runs very often. My only complaint is the inside office is somewhat unorganized and could use some help. I waited over 20 minutes after returning from overseas all I needed was for someone to hand over my keys. I was paid in full in advance. I had to interrupt someone to get my keys. Other than that, It's a smooth run machine. I will always park here when traveling through O'Hare"

A. Godson

"Muy bien el lugar para dejar los autos estacionados muy buen servicio "

O. Perez

"Hello . Mister Joe Stumpf here from Appleton Wisconsin. My trip to Cartagena Columbia was a great success .. I almost missed my return flight home from Columbia . Thanks to the great professional people at Routes is was able to have a secure parking spot and able to communicate with them before I returned to the ISA and was oromply picked up at the airport in Chicago just like the shuttle driver told me .. It was a pressure working with Routes and hope to see you on my next trip to where ever it may take me .. Again .. Routes is the place to park .. Joe H Stumpf .."

J. Stumpf

"It was unclear when I arrived for the first time where I was to leave my car, find assistance, etc. -- so full I couldn't see the posted signs. But before I even entered the lobby, a driver met me, filled out all the paperwork, and got me into his van. The same driver picked me up a week later when the covid-19 concerns had drastically impacted travel. He wisely wore gloves. I wish I knew his name, a young man from Turkey, I believe he said. He was fabulous both times, personable and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He will be the reason I use ORD Routes Airport Parking again in the future. Counter workers were okay, probably stressed by the drop in business. It's the driver who makes the difference for me, the reason to return."

J. Amy-Dressler

"Highly recommend, good prices, secure parking, easy to into and out of, fast pickup at rental terminal, great staff. will definitely use on my next trip."

D. Downs

"Very prompt service at the check in desk and shuttle. Have used before and will continue to use."

J. Strauss

"Very quick service and AWESOME shuttle drivers."

B. Ralphson

"I used Routes Parking. I’m from a small town, so this seemed a little overwhelming to just drop my car and hand over the keys. They were very professional. The drop took only minutes. The shuttle immediately took me to the airport. Pick up went just as smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again !!!!"

E. Robinson

"Very economical and convenient to us. Drop off at the terminal was fast and easy but on the return you have to take the car rental bus to the terminal and no call Routes to pick you up there. All in all we'll worth the money and convenience of not havi g to bother family and friends for a ride."

R. Santare

"Everything went as planned. Shuttle service was perfect and everyone I encountered from Routes was courteous."
