We arrived at BWI speedy parking at 4:15am while sky was dark in early morning. Multiple staff were there servicing customers. Staff are very courteous. We had a pleasure to take the ride with the owner Craig in our shuttle. We encountered some issues and owner helped us resolving them. It is about 8 – 10 minutes to BWI airport. Driver stopped by our airline and helped with our luggage. When we were back from vacation and arrived BWI, we called parking contact number, the driver responded with approximate time and location to pick us up in a timely manner. We had a concern when we see that the parking facility. It seems it can be improved, i.e. ground, office, gate. When we were back, our car was safe and all is good. We happily ended the vacation and came home. We are impressed that the staff are very responsive and responsible. We are satisfied with their service and glad that this parking lot became part of our memorable vacation experience. With this rate, I highly recommend it!

This is my first experience with Rightway Parking and I can say that it was a very pleasant one. Making reservation wasn't hard, location was slightly in the industrial area, parking is not covered, but in the gated area. Drop off and pick up were prompt and quick, drivers were very polite. Will use this parking in the future and would recommend to friends.
