Verified UserMy only issue was when I dropped my car off, the shuttle driver did not come inside to check for any passengers, and I didn't see him and missed ride. If this is the procedure, I should have been told to wait outside

Verified UserEverything went smoothly, except calling the pick up person to bring us back to the hotel didn’t answer his phone. Couldn’t leave a voicemail to let them know that somebody was waiting, so I ended up calling the operator at the hotel who is able to reach him and let him know that there was two couples so it took a little more than 30 minutes. I think we must’ve just missed him by a few minutes.

Verified UserThe parking lot is well lit, the hotel staff is friendly and the drivers are on time and very helpful. I’m a senior citizen and every time they are very attentive to me. This is my favorite parking lot to park my car when I travel.

Verified UserThe process was easy and quick. Parking area is next to hotel (seems one and the same). Well lit. I felt safe leaving our vehicle there. The only glitch was departing, as I checked with the hotel and was told to just drive to the gate and it would open. Nope. I had to use the callbox and after providing some information, they opened the gate. I was advised that I should have received a barcode from the hotel. Minor issue.
