The process was quick and easy. Parked the car, loaded luggage in to shuttle and was brought to the airport at a great price compared to the airport parking. Returning from my flight was just as simple. Highly recommend!

The lot was very convenient to BWI. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was courteous. Much better than parking at the airport.

The whole process was extremely straight forward. Reserve parking, park vehicle, fill out information about your vehicle to give you front desk and shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. Only complaint is it took a while to get a hold of front desk to find out pick up information once we returned to the airport.
