I love parking at Embassy Suites. It's an easy process of signing in, parking, & riding the shuttle to & from the airport. This time TJ, the van driver, took me & my heavy bags directly to my parked car on the return & put the bags in the car for me. And he performed this service with a smile & pleasant chatter the whole time. I was so grateful, so appreciative of this service. I would never think of parking elsewhere.

Everything was good until I arrived back to BWI. I somehow could not find the shuttle twice (7:30 and 8:00 shuttles) although I was standing at the given location for almost an hour in the COLD

We parked our vehicle at the Embassy Suites near BWI Airport in a well lit area and we were lucky to get a spot relatively close to the Hotel entrance. We were visiting family in Utah for Christmas and since we had a new vehicle we wanted to be sure it was left in a safe area. The young gentleman at the hotel front desk was helpful in explaining the paperwork to register our vehicle for a seem-less process. Overall we were happy and satisfied with our parking experience.
