The facility is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.

Shuttle service is included to and from the airport with every reservation. 

 

Shuttle Information

Shuttle service runs from 4:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 365 days a year.

Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.x 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 etc.) 

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

Everything went smoothly. The designated parking area was clearly marked and safe. Got the shuttle to the airport almost immediately. Didn't have to wait long for the shuttle from the airport either. Both drivers were helpful and courteous.

Reserving a parking space was very easy. The Hyatt had a very large parking lot that was mostly full. Yet, despite the horrendous snow on Jan 29, vacant spots were easily accessible. The shuttle was timely & the driver was very helpful with my bags. It made my trip very pleasant from start to finish.
