Verified UserThe process to drop off my car was fairly simple. I was given something to display in my windshield. The shuttles were a little more difficult for me. Getting the shuttle from the hotel to the airport wasn't as bad (definitely arrive with plenty of time to be at the airport). Getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a lot more difficult. The hotel staff was kind and helpful as I kept calling them to get the shuttle. I eventually was able to find a shuttle back to the hotel to pick up my car.

Verified UserAll in all it was a good experience. The staff at the Westin was great and accommodating. We stayed at the embassy suites and tried to book parking there but was told it was full even Though we were in a parking space and a lot were open and unoccupied. I had to drive and park at the Westin and walk back to the embassy suites at 1am in the morning.

Verified UserUsing Rightway Parking and booking a shuttle with the Westin Hotel, Baltimore, was very easy. Paying online only took a few seconds and I felt confident that my vehicle was safe. The shuttle drivers were friendly and punctual. We will definitely be using this service again.

Verified UserPretty good overall. Couple things you need to improve on. You need to let people know they need to check in and register with the hotel front desk upon arrival at the hotel parking lot. You need a hotel window pass from the front desk to hang in your car windshield so they know the car should be there. That wasn't spelled out in your on line reserving instructions. The returning shuttle took a little longer than i would of liked as it took about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for pickup when i got back to BWI. Overall very good, will consider using this again.
