Verified UserIt was smooth and easy parking. As soon as we arrived the van attendant was ready to load our bags onto the Hyatt van. He waited for my husband to park the car and off we went to the airport. Upon the return flight, we called the number they gave us ( and it was in the Rightway Parking confirmation message) and were instructed to go out after baggage claim and wait at pillar 7 for our van. He came within 10 minutes and dropped us at our car!

Verified UserEasy. I felt safe where I parked. They had a shuttle that dropped me off at the airport. The only thing were the hrs of the shuttle. I came back at 1:20 am . They don’t start back up until 4 am so I had to catch an uber to the hotel where I parked

When I arrived the first time to park, I was greeted by a female front desk personnel with the friendliest eyes, greeting and smile with instructions where to park, as she handed me a business card with the hotel phone number for pick-up on my return. And on the return, the same friendly professionalism and awaited me by a male front desk person who extended me a return welcome so warm I felt like we were missed family coming home!!! I am a senior and you made one aspect if traveling more than bearable for me; you made it easy! Thank you all- front desk and van drivers!!! Whoo-hooo!!! 👏🏽
