I had another great experience with Rightway Parking. Our vehicle was just as we left it and security was on duty to make sure of it.

Navigating to the parking spot was perfect. I love that my car was not tampered with even though there is a sign stating "not responsible" for your car. It was a simple process. I'll use it again.

Definitely the best rate I found near Dallas Love field! The hotel lot was at Sheraton Suites near Market and the medical area and lot had plenty of space along with a security guard. Would have been great if a shuttle was available but even with the Uber charges was still a very good price. Process was easy but recommend booking for full 24 hr periods. I booked for a few an hr past my flt arrival and when flt was delayed I called customer service to see if could extend. Got right through to them but once the rental begins it can’t be changed. Turned out there was no issue with me being an hr later than I had in rental but in retrospect I could have ended my reservation for a full 24 hr period, instead of a few hrs, and no additional charge and not had to worry about exceeding my allotted time.

This was our first time to use rightwayparking so we really were a bit sceptical about the reasonable pricing. I did call and asked questions prior to booking. I was able to speak to a real person who helped put my mind at ease regarding security. We booked and prepaid online. The booking experience was simple and allowed us to drop off and pick up with no problems. There were no hidden or excess charges involved. Once we arrived at the location, the staff at the hotel were amazing even though they weren’t associated with the parking lot at all. The parking area was well lit up, clean and had security cameras. There were plenty of parking spaces to choose from and it was located in a busy area, not isolated. There wasn’t a shuttle, but we called for an Uber that arrived within 5 minutes which was also reasonably priced. Overall, we had a great parking experience and will definitely choose rightwayparking for our future parking experiences.

It was so easy & super affordable to use Rightway Parking!! I even put the wrong license plate, and it was easy to call & fix it! I’ll always use them for my long term and short term parking!!
