Reserve parking at Aladdin Indoor Cruise Parking

I parked on the roof because the indoor was full. Only trouble was getting our bags down the flight of stairs. The instructions for checking out were not very clear but we managed without any trouble

Easy to reserve and prepay on line. On arrival, uncertain how to proceed as a prepaid customer, staff was on hand to provide clear directions. Facility was clean and the availability of coffee, a bathroom, seating while we waited for the shuttle were all a welcome surprise. When we returned 18 days later, the process was equally smooth and friendly. Shuttle arrived for pickup as promised. Again, while I was uncertain about checking out, if I could leave my luggage in the shuttle drop area while I fetched my car, staff was efficient and positive. This is a professional operation, not a slapdash parking lot manned by sullen part-timers. Highly recommend.

We parked our Ram truck here, while we were gone on an eleven day cruise. Parking was very easy and the garage has a section that is high enough for larger/higher vehicles. It was easy to make a reservation so we would be guaranteed a covered place to park. Their van/bus held lots of luggage and people so the transition from the parking garage to the cruise port was easy and convenient. Pickup after our cruise was just as fast and easy. We will definitely use the Aladdin Parking Garage the next time we cruise out of San Diego.

We love the convenience of Aladdin Indoor Cruise Parking. My only negative comment would be the wait on the return from our cruise. Since Aladdin knows how many customers have purchased the tickets, they should have more vans readily available for pick up at the cruise terminal. Thank you!

Site is very accessible to freeways and my cruise port. Your staff was friendly and most helpful getting us oriented and on to the shuttle. Facilities were clean. And signage was clear on parking and exiting. Shuttle service was prompt and helpful. I was comfortable that my car was in a good covered place at a reasonable cost.

The parking lot was clean and organized. The coffee and water available were a nice bonus.

Great incoming & exiting customer service & as seniors we needed help. The ride to & from the cruise port was also prompt.
