The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.g.,: 3:00 AM, 3:30 AM, 4:00 AM, Etc.)

Parking at the Aloft is very convenient. The timing of the shuttles for pick up at the airport is very irregular and is often longer than 30 minutes.

My problem with rightway when we returned from our trip we were instructed to collect our luggage and call to be picked up. We'll we call and never got an answer so we stood waiting and another driver from another company told us where to stand and wait for our shuttle. It was very frustrating to call for our pickup and could not get through to anyone.

Have parked and parked and stayed at the Aloft many times. It’s always a great experience. We feel like it’s a safe environment to leave the car for extended amounts of time. Employees at the hotel are always friendly and very helpful.

This was an easy booking. Parking was quick and shuttle was waiting to bring us to the airport. Only thing is when you get back you have to go inside to check in to get you out of the gate.
