The setup was awesome, location was great 😊 my car was secured and price was excellent. The process was great coming and going. The only detail that was disappointing when I spoke to I think Carlos about transportation to port of Miami wrong information was given and you shuttled me to Airport then I needed to take a cab 🚕 to port waist of time. I would have setup an Uber. Mostly great service will use next time. Thanks

Great place to park great transportation to the pierfor 15.00 a person just thumbs down when it comes to pick up the cruise pier. But then again it was my choice. We wound up taking a cab to the hotel For 45.00 after waiting 1 hour for the hotel shuttle.

Very easy online registration. The lot was gated and felt very secure. No free shuttle to cruise port, but Uber/Lyft was easy to get each way at $35-45. Will definitely use on next cruise from Miami.

It was a safe and nice place to park. Too far from the cruise port though and cost us too much to get there. Would've parked somewhere closer to the cruise port.
